We are the mediators between authors and publishers, creating fair relationships that benefit both parties.

We bring together the right authors and the right publishing houses, take care of the contractual arrangements, and ensure that the rights of both parties are protected. In addition to representing individual authors, we also develop our own projects and series, tailoring them to fit the needs of the publishers involved. Cooperation and trust are at the heart of our work. In the event of any disagreement between author and publisher, we always endeavour to ensure that a fair and constructive settlement is reached.

AVA international provides the full range of author services. We market our authors' works to every branch of the media, both nationally and internationally, working not only with publishers but also with TV and film producers. Our ties to partner agencies abroad enable us to effectively market the international rights to our authors' titles.

At the beginning of 2002, AVA international GmbH entered into a synergy with Reinhold G. Stecher's AVA GmbH. The new legal arrangement means that while both agencies continue to operate independently, they also benefit from joint organizational and administrative resources. The outstanding pool of information and expertise created by the new association has attracted a host of new authors to both agencies, and we look forward to working with many more.
